I received an envelope from UNLV. They think I might be wanting my money from the competition I won back in 2009 (gee, they ARE getting smarter!). Good news is, they are working on it. Bad news is, that's what they said last time, and they gave me another form to fill out. The same form I filled out two years ago. But they wrote me a nice letter, saying that I should get my prize soon. I responded with a mostly nice letter, thanking them for the attention and asking for a certificate instead of the promised plaque ( I did say, however that if it was going to take another three years to forget it. But other than that I was a gracious respondent.)
I want it by Christmas, and I don't think that's too much to ask. Fingers crossed. -Alayna Een
